Join Our Internship Experience at tlc and explore the realm of the real estate lettings industry.

Type of Internship: This is an unpaid internship. We will reimburse reasonable daily expenses of up to £15.

Hours: Working hours are flexible and can be agreed to suit both the intern and the team.

Duration: We ask for a minimum commitment of six weeks. This allows us enough time to properly support your learning and ensure you gain meaningful experience during your time with us.

Purpose of the Internship: We are looking for motivated and curious interns who are interested in gaining practical experience within a professional working environment. This internship offers the opportunity to learn from experienced team members while gaining exposure to the daily operations of a busy business. Interns will have the opportunity to spend time supporting different departments, helping them build a broad understanding of how a successful company operates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Participation: Attend team meetings and observe how departments collaborate, plan and manage their work.
• Client and Office Support: Assist with welcoming visitors to the office and supporting team members with general enquiries.
• Business Operations: Support the team with day to day administrative tasks that help the business run smoothly.
• Diary Coordination: Assist with organising meetings, appointments and internal schedules.
• Data and Systems Support: Help maintain and update company systems and records where required.
• Marketing Support: Assist with preparing marketing materials, updating online platforms or supporting internal communications.
• Research and Projects: Support team members with research tasks or internal projects that help improve processes across the business.
• Learning and Development: Develop an understanding of how different departments operate and how the business serves its clients.
