The Role
We welcome a qualified full-time enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join our team to work across our site located in Whittlesea
You will support the delivery of meaningful activities to enhance the individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs of our residents.
This is more than a typical “lifestyle” role—at TLC, our wellbeing program is designed to enhance our residents’ quality of life with meaningful activities tailored to individual hobbies and interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of holistic wellbeing programs that promote engagement and social connection
- Provide individualized one-on-one support for residents
- Assist with assessments and care plan reviews to ensure wellbeing needs are met
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support residents’ overall wellbeing
- Create memorable experiences—whether it’s outings, social events, or unique activities such as a game in our Corporate Box at Marvel Stadium, a lunch at the local pub, or a scenic helicopter joy flight over Phillip Island
What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs
- Provide one-on-one support for residents
- Review and evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessments
- Provide an exceptional stakeholder experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being met
