At TLC, we help the world’s biggest brands drive customer acquisition, loyalty and engagement with emotionally engaging, experience-led rewards. From global banks to high street retailers, our programs are designed to shift behaviour, boost ROI and build genuine brand love – at the fraction of the cost of discounting and cash offers.
The role will support the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments and account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining strong supplier relationships. This role could be based in our Swansea hub or fully remote from either the UK or India.
What you’ll be doing:
- Process a high volume of supplier invoices, in multiple currencies and across several entities, with accuracy, care and a focus on timely delivery.
- Match invoices to purchase orders, proactively resolving any discrepancies to keep things flowing smoothly.
- Set up global supplier payments in various currencies, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience for our partners.
- Maintain an organised and up‑to‑date accounts payable ledger, ensuring all invoices are correctly coded and easy to track.
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on any outstanding items with a helpful, solutions‑focused approach.
- Respond to supplier and internal queries promptly and professionally, strengthening relationships and building trust.
- Support the wider Finance team with administrative and accounting tasks as needed, contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.
What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable working with accounting systems such as Business Central, Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage or Xero.
- Solid experience in an Accounts Payable role, with a passion for getting things right first time.
- Confident using Excel to keep things organised, accurate and efficient.
- Experience handling multi‑currency invoices and payments in a fast‑moving environment.
- High level of numerical accuracy, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and end‑to‑end invoice processing.
- Able to juggle priorities, manage deadlines and stay one step ahead.
- Clear and confident communicator — written and verbal — with a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive problem‑solver who brings curiosity, ownership and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working independently as well as contributing to a supportive, connected team.
- Committed to confidentiality, professionalism and representing TLC’s values in day‑to‑day work.
