About the Role: We are on the hunt for a dynamic Revenue Operations Business Intelligence Specialist who will play a pivotal role in transforming data into strategic insights that propel our global business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower Decision-Making: Collaborate with commercial leadership and local teams to design comprehensive reports that drive data-driven leadership and provide actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
- Visualize Success: Develop and maintain insightful dashboards with Power BI, ensuring that key performance metrics are easily accessible and understandable for all stakeholders.
- Analyze and Report: Conduct in-depth sales data analysis and generate performance tracking reports that highlight trends and opportunities for growth.
- Drive Revenue Strategies: Support the development of innovative pricing strategies and revenue models backed by robust data analysis.
- Identify Opportunities: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities, using data to inform strategic planning.
- Train and Support: Provide training and support to revenue operations representatives, helping them to leverage reporting tools and dashboards effectively.
- Present with Impact: Prepare high-impact presentations and visual reports for leadership that drive decision-making and strategic direction.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial finance, revenue operations, or sales analysis.
- Advanced analytical skills with the capacity to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling visual reports and dashboards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Commercial experience with B2B, ideally selling enterprise deals.
Desirable:
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in building datasets across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365, JetReports, PowerBI, and Snowflake.
