We’re looking for a confident and collaborative finance professional to join our high-performing team during a pivotal phase of transformation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the central orchestrator of all global external statutory reporting, coordinating across international teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as the key liaison with RSM and other external advisors on year-end accounts, audit, and tax matters.
  • Drive global compliance across subsidiaries and maintain strong partnerships with RSM offices around the world.
  • Support the group-wide IFRS conversion, helping translate technical work into clean, accurate financials.
  • Future-proof our reporting structure to support due diligence and lay the groundwork for a PE exit in 3–5 years.
  • Get involved in broader areas of finance based on your capacity and appetite to grow.
