Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you\’ll support our Account Managers and help deliver campaigns that exceed client expectations. This role involves project management and relationship building in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You\’ll Be Doing
Project Management
- Oversee campaign development from initial brief to completion.
- Provide updates to the sales team at key milestones.
- Develop and maintain timing schedules for stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and deadlines across departments.
- Extract insights from campaigns for future improvements.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
- Adjust communication to client preferences.
- Represent TLC professionally in meetings and presentations.
- Act as an ambassador for TLC\’s service excellence.
Commercial Operations
- Understand TLC\’s business terms for decision-making.
- Mitigate campaign risks proactively.
- Identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
- Support accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure promotional activities comply with regulations.
