At TLC – Thames Luxury Charters, we own and operate a stunning fleet of luxury party boats on the River Thames, hosting unforgettable private and corporate events, for 2-600 guests. Our bespoke packages, five-star interiors, and exceptional service makes us the go-to choice for high-end celebrations. From elegant finger food to exquisite five-course banquets, our team aims to deliver excellence aboard our riverboats.
The Role: Sales & Events Executive
This is a full-time, on-site position based in London. You’ll be the driving force behind our events, managing everything from initial inquiries to flawless execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting leads into successful bookings
- Coordinating event logistics and liaising with clients
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with the catering and operations teams to ensure seamless experiences

What We’re Looking for
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with event management software and CRM systems
- Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus

- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Ability to work on-site in London
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing or another related filed
Salary Expectation: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
