An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager with demonstrable experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media content to join our friendly team based in SE1 and be part of a successful and fast-paced company.

At TLC – Thames Luxury Charters, we own and operate a stunning fleet of luxury party boats on the River Thames, hosting unforgettable private and corporate events, for 2-600 guests. Our bespoke packages, five-star interiors, and exceptional service makes us the go-to choice for high-end celebrations. From elegant finger food to exquisite five-course banquets, our team aims to deliver excellence aboard our riverboats.

The Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in London. As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, taking ownership of delivering the company's marketing plan - protecting and elevating the brand, driving enquiries, and supporting revenue growth.

  • Deliver the agreed marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives set by the wider leadership team.
  • Manage all brand and company image activity, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across every channel.
  • Lead creative and artwork production (digital & print), ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the website: content updates, landing pages, user journey improvements, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Manage enquiry generation: improve flow through digital channels and ensure effective follow-up processes with the sales team (including CRM integration where applicable).
  • Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising including Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.
  • Create and commission content for social media, email, blog and other digital channels—writing compelling, SEO-friendly copy that performs.
  • Carry out market and competitor research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and positioning improvements.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including social platforms, listings, and review/reputation support where relevant.
  • Work with external agencies and suppliers (design, web, SEO, PR, paid media) to deliver campaigns and projects efficiently.
  • Track, analyse and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ads platforms and CRM reporting.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine activity, improve ROI, and recommend new approaches and campaign ideas.
  • Analyse performance data to inform ongoing optimisation and improvements across marketing channels.

2-5 years experience in a marketing role with ownership of delivery across multiple channels.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business or related field.
