Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a career change? TLC Scotland are looking for Care Assistants to join our friendly team on a full-time or part-time basis in the area of Troon. We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals who enjoy interacting to support individuals to live in their own homes by assisting with daily tasks.
Candidates must be warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing our high-quality care to the people we support. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven experience in working in care in either a paid or voluntary capacity is desirable for this role.
TLC is committed to safeguarding the welfare of vulnerable adults and children. All applicants must be willing to undergo the appropriate screening, which includes checks with past employers and a PVG Check.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-Time, and Bank available
Skills Required:
- Training in moving and assisting is desirable, however not essential as full training is provided within our training academy.
- Right to work in the UK
