Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a career change?

TLC Scotland are looking for Care Assistants to join our friendly team on a full-time or part-time basis in the area ofAyr. Were seeking a caring and compassionate individuals who enjoy interacting to support individuals to live in their own homes, by assisting with daily tasks. Candidates must be warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing our high quality care to the people we support. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well-organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven experience in working in care in either a paid or voluntary capacity, is desirable for this role.

TLC is committed to safeguarding the welfare of vulnerable adults and children. All applicants must be willing to undergo the appropriate screening. This includes checks with past employers and PVG Check.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-Time, and Bank available

Skills Required

oTraining in moving and assisting is desirable, however not essential as full training provided withing out training academy.

oRight to work in UK

oExcellent interpersonal skills.

oAbility to understand and follow policies and procedures.

oAbility to engage in friendly conversation

oDriving Licence (preferred)
