TLC Care is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at one of our care homes.

You will organise and control production of quality meals within budget, while maintaining high hygiene standards in line with EHO regulations.

Your role includes menu development, dietary needs (Kosher, Halal, vegan, vegetarian), rostering a four-week cycle, staff training, stock control and managing food costs.
