TLC is seeking a dedicated Groundsman to maintain and improve the grounds of a private estate in Bushey. The role involves lawn and shrub care, planting beds, weed control, drainage and paving upkeep, and some DIY tasks. Training and a good environment are offered, with accommodation subsidised where applicable.
Applicants should have horticultural/basic agricultural knowledge, be able to work alone or with others, and hold a valid driving licence. Experience with animals is a plus.
