Job Description
We are hiring Business Development Managers for our care homes in the following locations:
Pinner
Barnet
Cambridge
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring the home meets its occupancy and average weekly fee targets . This will be achieved by actively promoting the home within the local community, conducting market research, and developing strong relationships to generate leads. These leads must then be managed effectively through the TLC sales and marketing process to drive move-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local organisations and referral sources
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Promote the care home within the community to generate admissions
- Manage and follow up on enquiries, leading them through the admissions process
- Conduct home tours and convert enquiries into move-ins
- Implement local sales and marketing initiatives to enhance visibility
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process
