Company Overview:

Our company is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in Medway. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
  2. Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Oversee inventory control and stock management.
  5. Ensure the premises are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  6. Assist in recruitment, training, and staff development.
  7. Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and profitability.
  8. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a similar role within the retail or hospitality industry.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
