If you have a keen eye for detail, take pride in your paintwork, and thrive in a busy workshop, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talent.Working with a variety of vehicles, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality body repairs and flawless paint finishes that exceed customer expectations.Main ResponsibilitiesCarry out body repairs, dent removal, and panel preparationMix and apply paints using the correct methods and colour matching systemsMask, prime, and paint vehicle panels to manufacturer standardsInspect work for quality – identifying and correcting any defects or paint runsMaintain a safe, clean, and organised working environmentFollow health and safety and workshop procedures at all timesAbout YouWe're looking for someone with:Minimum 2 years' experience in car painting and body repairKnowledge of paint systems and tools, including water-based paints and spray gunsA keen eye for detail and high-quality workmanshipGood time management and reliabilityYour own spray gun and toolsPositive attitude, excellent team spirit, and strong communication skillsWhat's in it for YouCompetitive salary – up to £50,000 per year (depending on experience)£100 monthly attendance bonus£1,000 joining bonusOvertime paid at time and a halfPrivate Medical Insurance (after 1 years' service)28 days holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas closure)NEST pension schemeOnsite tearoom with free tea & coffeeUniform and PPE providedFree onsite parkingAbout UsTLC Auto Refinishing Ltd is a leading Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop based in Feltham.
