TLC Auto Refinishing Ltd is an established and respected commercial vehicle bodyshop based in Feltham. We specialise in high-quality crash repairs, refinishing, and bespoke commercial vehicle paintwork.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Painter / HGV Paint Technician to join our skilled paint department. If you take pride in precision, work to a high finish standard, and want stable weekday hours with strong earning potential — we want to hear from you.
The Role
This is a hands-on, workshop-based position working on large commercial vehicles and fleet units. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing commercial vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming)
- Applying high-quality paint finishes to large vehicle panels
- Mixing and colour-matching paints accurately
- Inspecting finished work and rectifying any defects
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Working efficiently to meet productivity targets without compromising quality
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable commercial vehicle painter with:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a vehicle painter (HGV, PSV, fleet, or large vehicles preferred)
- Experience working on large panels and commercial units
- Strong eye for detail and quality finish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good timekeeping and professional work ethic
- Own spray equipment preferred
- Experience painting trains, aircraft, plant machinery or other large surfaces is highly desirable.
