The Role

As a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer, you will:

  1. Handle a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, contract negotiations, corporate restructuring, and business transactions.
  2. Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and legal documents.
  4. Work closely with business owners, directors, and key stakeholders to provide strategic legal guidance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. Qualified solicitor status (England & Wales) with 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law.
  2. Strong expertise in contract law, business transactions, and corporate restructuring.
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow within the firm.
  4. Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with a commercial approach to problem-solving.
  5. The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Leadership potential, with the desire to build and manage a successful team.
