The Role
As a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer, you will:
- Handle a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, contract negotiations, corporate restructuring, and business transactions.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and legal documents.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Qualified solicitor status (England & Wales) with 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law.

- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with a commercial approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
