Care Assistant

Our client is an established independent domiciliary care provider supporting over 80 service users across Shropshire and surrounding rural communities. Due to continued growth and high demand, they are now looking for additional Care Assistants to join their expanding team.

This is a community-based position where you’ll be travelling between service users’ homes — including remote country roads — so confidence driving in rural areas is essential.

  • A UK Driving Licence
  • Access to your own vehicle

  • A caring, patient and reliable nature
  • Good communication skills

What’s On Offer

  • £13 per hour
  • Paid mileage
  • Flexible full-time or part-time hours
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • Supportive management team
  • Opportunities for progression (Senior Carer / Team Leader)
