As an IT Officer, you will ensure the organisation’s seamless IT systems, networks, and software operation. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. You will be critical in enhancing productivity, ensuring cybersecurity, and driving innovative IT solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure uptime and performance.
- Ensuring data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Providing technical support and training to staff, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
- Managing user accounts, hardware inventory, and software licenses.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in IT support and system administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing hardware, software, and networks. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and cloud-based solutions is preferred.
- Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
