We are launching a new retail operation in London. To lead this critical initiative, we are looking for a Manager of Stores Development who will oversee the entire process from site selection to store opening—and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying, acquiring, and developing high-potential store locations
  • Leading all aspects of store development—lease negotiations, construction, layout design, and rollout execution
  • Managing daily store operations and ensuring alignment with our business strategy
  • Overseeing and guiding Real Estate, Sales, Logistics, and (initially) Central Purchasing teams
  • Representing the company in all real estate and operational matters
  • Leading Store Development meetings and cross-functional alignment efforts
  • Driving strategic projects, test concepts, and innovative store designs
  • Managing budgets, contracts, and operational infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve new store sites, lease agreements, closures, and subleases
  • Control renovation, construction, and major maintenance projects
  • Hire, guide, and evaluate key managers under your responsibility
  • Ensure store performance meets strategic and financial targets
  • Support product layout and procurement from a store operations perspective
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental standards
