OVERVIEW

The Plastering Tutor role will involve teaching, coaching and mentoring learners undertaking L2 plastering qualifications.

You will be a time‑served plasterer or multi‑skilled construction worker with experience of plastering, and ideally hold a Level 2 or above qualification in plastering.

THE ROLE

To deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of plastering qualifications, training learners towards agreed qualifications in line with relevant awarding body standards.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant occupational experience as a time‑served plasterer
  • Good communication and presentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Level 2 (or above) plastering qualification or time‑served practical experience as a plasterer
  • Assessor qualification – A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent (desirable)
  • This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance
