It powers growth of revenues, fanbases and IP for more than 200 federations, associations, events, and teams, including the National Football League, English Premier League, International Olympic Committee, National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, ATP and WTA Tours, the AELTC (Wimbledon), Euroleague Basketball, CONMEBOL, DP World Tour, and The R&A, as well as UFC, WWE, and PBR.
IMG is seeking an exceptional Producer to join its central marketing team, responsible for delivering best‐in‐class video and photography content across the business globally. This role sits at the heart of how IMG tells its story – from flagship brand films and campaign content, to pitch sizzles and case study videos, to capturing the energy, culture and people of IMG, and producing premium content from IMG's major corporate and hospitality events.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities- Content Production & Delivery
- Produce a wide range of video and photography assets across IMG's global marketing activity, including:
- Brand films and flagship campaign content for our owned IMG channels
- Pitch sizzle reels and presentation films
- Case study and credentials videos
- Internal films (e.g. leadership messages, Wrapped / end‐of‐year films)
- "Life at IMG" culture content and behind‐the‐scenes capture
- Major corporate, hospitality and leadership events, including:
- IMG House at Wimbledon and other tentpole hospitality moments
- IMG's global conference and leadership events (e.g. The Summit)
- Various high‐profile partner moments
- Own productions from brief to delivery, ensuring creative excellence, consistency with brand guidelines, and on‐time, on‐budget execution
- Corporate & Live Event Production
- Lead the planning and delivery of photo and video coverage for live events, ensuring moments are captured with pace, polish and narrative intent
- Work closely with event, hospitality and comms teams to align content capture plans with objectives, audiences and distribution needs
- Manage on‐site crews, schedules and shot lists, balancing real‐time capture with brand storytelling
- Deliver fast‐turnaround highlight edits alongside more considered post‐event films and photography sets
- Creative & Production Management
- Translate creative briefs into clear production plans, including budgets, schedules, crew, locations, talent and logistics
- Manage external production companies, directors, DPs, photographers, editors and freelancers, ensuring high standards and strong creative collaboration
- Run multiple productions in parallel, often across different geographies and time zones
- Brand & Quality Control
- Act as a guardian of IMG's visual identity and brand storytelling, ensuring all content reflects the tone, ambition and credibility of the brand
- Maintain consistency of look and feel across content while flexing appropriately for different audiences, markets and platforms
- Oversee post‐production, feedback rounds and final delivery across multiple formats and outputs
- Stakeholder & Cross‐Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Creative, Studios, Digital, Hospitality, Comms and HR globally
- Partner confidently with senior leaders, executives and on‐screen talent, ensuring they feel well‐briefed and supported
- Act as a trusted production expert, advising on feasibility, formats, timelines and creative solutions
- Proven experience as a Producer or Senior Producer delivering video and photography for brands, agencies, studios or content teams
- Demonstrable experience producing live event content, hospitality or corporate events
- Strong portfolio including brand films, sizzle reels, case studies and event content
- Excellent production management skills — organised, calm under pressure, detail‐oriented and solutions‐focused
- Strong creative judgement with an eye for storytelling, pacing, visuals and craft
- Confident communicator who can work with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, global environment
- Hands‐on mindset — happy to be on‐site, behind the scenes and in the thick of delivery when needed
- Experience in sport, entertainment, media or live events
- Strong understanding of multi‐platform delivery (social, digital, presentations, internal comms)
- Photography and/or filming capability alongside production expertise
- This is a permanent position based at Stockley Park, with requirement to occasionally work at our Chiswick Park office.
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings.
- You may be required to travel to industry events and work on‐site for the duration of an event, as necessary.
- You'll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/during a broadcast or production or as dictated by the demands of the business schedule.
