The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
You’ll be responsible for capturing and crafting premium photo and video content across the business globally. The role will be varied. One day you might be on a plane to a global sport event, capturing content that brings our brand to life. Another day you might film and edit a vodcast with our business leaders, or cut a pulsating sizzle to help the company win a pitch. Part of the role will be experimenting with new formats, ideas and aesthetics to bring the brand to life, the other will be editing and storytelling to support the wider business, exploring our people and purpose. This is a highly hands‑on role for a strong visual storyteller who is confident shooting, photographing and editing content to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Filming & Photography
- Capture high‑quality video and stills across a wide range of content, including:
- Creative social media content
- Brand and campaign shoots
- Case study and credentials films
- Pitch sizzles and presentation content
- Internal communications and leadership messages
- "Life at IMG" culture, people and behind‑the‑scenes moments
- Major corporate, hospitality and leadership events, including:
- IMG House at Wimbledon and other tentpole events
- IMG’s global conference and leadership offsites such as The Summit
- Confidently shoot in varied environments including studios, offices, live events and on‑location
- Edit video content end‑to‑end, producing:
- Brand films and campaign assets
- Sizzle reels and pitch films
- Case studies and short‑form edits
- Event highlights and recap films
- Social and digital cut‑downs
- Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the Producer to interpret briefs, shot lists and creative direction
- Contribute creatively on framing, pacing, music, transitions and storytelling
- Bring ideas to the table including visual treatments, edit styles and capture approaches
- Brand & Quality
- Uphold IMG’s visual identity and creative standards across all content
- Ensure consistency of look and feel while adapting style for different audiences, platforms and purposes
- Proven experience as a Shooter/Editor, Videographer, Filmmaker, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing both filming or photography, editing, motion graphics and animation
- Experience capturing live events, corporate environments or brand content
- Confident shooting video and stills on professional or prosumer camera systems
- Strong editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects
- Comfortable working with lighting, sound and fast‑paced real‑world conditions
- Solid understanding of delivery formats for social, digital, presentations and internal communications
- Strong visual eye and storytelling instinct
- Calm, adaptable and reliable under pressure, particularly during live events
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects
- Collaborative, positive and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Willing to travel and work occasional unsociable hours around major events
- Drone experience with appropriate certifications
- Interest or experience in sport, entertainment or live events
Working Conditions
This is a permanent position based at Stockley Park, with requirement to occasionally work at our Chiswick Park office. May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings. You may be required to travel to industry events and work on‑site for the duration of an event, as necessary. You’ll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/during a broadcast or production or as dictated by the demands of the business schedule.
