What You\’ll Do:
TKO is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative software solutions for the IMG business unit. The Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives and are delivered efficiently. The role will involve general stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, project management, creating structured requirements and project documentation, compiling compliance-related artefacts, and managing UAT and deployment activities.
The role will be based in London (Chiswick), UK, and offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sports and technology, contributing directly to the growth and success of a fast-paced, global organization while collaborating with colleagues across the UK and the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager and business stakeholders for new and inflight projects:
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams, documenting use cases, and business/ functional requirements.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with IMG business stakeholders. Gain a deep understanding of their business processes, data dependencies, workflows, and technology needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify new initiatives and enhancement opportunities, while managing and prioritising the project backlog.
- Collaborate with day-to-day communication with business stakeholders.
- Act as both Business Analyst and Project Manager – driving end-to-end project delivery from requirements definition through implementation, while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with delivery teams to implement system enhancements and provide ongoing application support.
- Influence UX/UI and graphic design process.
- Develop detailed process flows, dataflow diagrams, and data migration strategies.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, training sessions, and change management activities in collaboration with business partners.
- Prepare and present project reports.
- Compile and maintain all necessary compliance and audit documentation
- Be responsible for post-implementation product maintenance and support. This includes:
- Serve as a custodian for the product(s) and act as the functional subject matter expert.
- Document and manage change requests in well-defined user stories and follow internal protocol for review and approval.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues and application support inquiries, determining appropriate actions including escalation to specialized teams when necessary.
You Have These:
Mandatory
- Established experience as a Product Analyst, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar role with proven experience in supporting complex enterprise sales CRM, media rights management, or operational systems.
- Experience with working with international cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint (including data visualization and effective storytelling).
- Experience in documenting functional requirements/requests.
- Experience in working with commercial software applications such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP, etc.
Desirable
- Working knowledge of the sales and marketing industry
- Sports & Media experience preferred
Qualifications

- Educated to a degree level
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles

- Understanding of ITIL processes
