What You’ll Do
- Evaluate operational information, intelligence and reports to provide TKO BU’s critical security information as required by TKO’s events programme, the global & local threat picture and company policy to improve personnel security, event safety and operational effectiveness.
- Work with and support the departments’ (TKO Corporate Security) contracted Cybersecurity, Travel Risk Management and private third‑party security companies/consultants.
- Support the development and management of the TKO Physical Security App, and deliver staff training on the App.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Manage and develop the relationships with the third‑party Cybersecurity Company, Zerofox, in support of TKO Event Operations across multiple business units including UFC, WWE, OLE, PBR and IMG Media.
- Manage and develop the relationships with the third‑party Travel Risk Management Company, WorldAware, in support of IMG Event Operations across multiple business units including UFC, WWE, OLE, PBR and IMG Media.
- Build & manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand business requirements to promote security and safety and improved support levels across multiple business units.
- Along with managing the security & safety process, help evaluate and support operational best practices to be implemented across the event portfolio, including Security, Sustainability, Health and Safety, and Risk Management.
- Support VP Corporate Security with the development, implementation, management and training on the proposed new TKO Security App.
- Support VP Corporate Security with the engagement with Protect UK CT Policing and the use of the UK ACT E‑Learning tools.
- Assist SVP and VP Corporate with admin duties.
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances
Weekend work that may require travel to events in line with the TKO Events portfolio. Outside of event travel there will be a requirement to travel for meetings and to take regional calls as part of the role.
Key Results Areas
- Deliver effective, targeted and timely intelligence via an operational relationship with the third‑party Cybersecurity Company to understand hostile chatter, leaked information and other threats to our assets.
- Deliver bespoke and timely advice & guidance across multiple business units to support safe travel management via an operational relationship with the third‑party Travel Risk Management Company, including active alerts, location intelligence, security assessment ratings.
- Provide regular intelligence briefings as required.
- Support VP Corporate Security with the TKO Physical Security App life cycle development and implementation.
- Support VP, Corporate Security with TKO’s engagement with Protect UK CT Policing and the use of the UK ACT E‑Learning tools to improve TKO’s security culture and physical security preparedness.
You Have These Knowledge and Experience
- Direct experience from a law enforcement or military organisation.
- FEMA Incident Command System expertise or equivalent.
- Established experience in Security and Event Operations or a related area, coordinating various stakeholders and key interlocutors simultaneously.
- Strong understanding and experience of operational sustainability and contingency planning (ideal).
- Experience working with production, media, entertainment or content creation (ideal).
