Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- As guardian of our brand tone of voice and written word, you’ll lead and own the development of our core communications.
- Develop and write compelling content for the agency’s digital platforms, ensuring consistency that effectively communicates the services, values, and industry expertise.
- Create persuasive and targeted B2B & B2C marketing content to nurture leads and build client relationships.
- Lead our LinkedIn strategy, collaborate with executives to develop thought leadership content, including blog posts, opinion pieces, and interviews.
- Work closely with the Corporate Communications Team to draft key messaging for public relations campaigns.
- Research industry trends and insights to ensure content remains relevant, innovative, and impactful.
- Edit and proofread Marketing & Sales materials like RFP responses, sales decks and content to maintain high-quality standards across all communication channels.
- Develop industry event content and concept panel talk themes and content ideas.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the sports marketing landscape to craft industry-specific narratives that enhance brand authority.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position.
- This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings.
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule.
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate.
