What You'll Do
As a Junior Graphic Designer at IMG, you will support the creation of pitches, RFPs, campaign assets and presentation design across commercial and brand projects, helping bring strategic ideas to life through creative execution. This is an opportunity for an ambitious and ideas‐driven designer to work within a fast‐paced environment at the intersection of sport, culture and entertainment.
You will report to the Senior Designer and collaborate closely with marketing, sports management, and business development teams to ensure every deck is visually striking, strategically effective and delivered to the highest standard. You will help bring strategic ideas to life through editorial design, presentation graphics, campaign assets and creative concepts, contributing to projects that shape how major sporting brands engage audiences around the world.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support the design and development of pitch decks, presentations and campaign materials across commercial and partnership projects
- Assist in translating strategy and insights into compelling visual storytelling and editorial graphics
- Contribute creative ideas and conceptual thinking for campaigns, activations and brand experiences
- Help maintain consistency across visual identities, templates and design systems
- Create and adapt assets across digital, social, presentation and print formats
- Work collaboratively with designers, strategists and account teams to deliver projects to a high creative standard
- Experiment with AI‐driven design tools (e.g. Flora, Runway, Nano Banana, generative design) to improve idea generation, creative, and storytelling
- Conduct visual research, trend exploration and inspiration gathering to support creative development
- Prepare artwork and presentation files for internal reviews and client delivery

Knowledge and Experience
- 1‐3 years' experience in graphic, presentation or commercial design either in‐house or agency‐side
- Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial‐quality presentation and layout design
- Understanding of branding, campaign design and editorial‐style presentation graphics
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Plus, Keynote and PowerPoint
- Experience using Figma or motion design tools is beneficial
Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position
- This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings, or industry events and work on‐site for the duration of an event, as necessary
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule, including when working to a pitch or proposal deadline
