Role Description
The General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Lewes, DE, responsible for overseeing all daily hotel operations.
This role manages departmental leaders, ensures consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences, and drives performance in revenue, profitability, and market share.
The General Manager monitors budgets, controls costs, and leads sales and marketing initiatives in coordination with corporate and property-level teams.
They recruit, train, and develop associates while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with TKo Hospitality’s values.
The role also ensures compliance with brand standards, safety and regulatory requirements, and maintains strong relationships with owners, the local community, and corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Leadership and operations management skills, including team supervision, staff development, and cross-functional coordination.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control.
- Strong guest service and hospitality skills, with a track record of improving satisfaction scores and managing guest feedback.
