About the job

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both from our Holmfirth office and from home.

Regular attendance at the office will be required for team meetings, operational activities and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor training contracts to ensure compliance with funding and contractual requirements.
  • Liaise with employers, learners and external partners.
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate contract records.
  • Monitor performance against contract targets and KPI's.
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of training programmes.
  • Use IT systems to manage data and produce reports.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • An understanding of NPTC City & Guilds and Lantra qualifications would be an advantage.
