TKAT is seeking a Project & Change Leader to design and mobilise a new PMO across its Trust of 45+ academies.
You will translate strategic priorities into a coherent portfolio, establish governance and reporting standards, and grow the PMO as the strategy matures.
You will report to the Director of Strategy & Performance, line-manage a 0.6 FTE Business Change Leader, and work with Headteachers and central teams to land change smoothly while safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
