We are looking for an approachable and forward thinking Office and Attendance Assistant with strong interpersonal skills to join our supportive and collaborative team. Working alongside staff, children and parents you will be an ambassador for the school demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.
As the Office and Attendance Assistant you’ll be an efficient administrator with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and multi-task. Being the first point of contact for all visitors you’ll create a warm and welcoming environment demonstrating a calm and confident manner. You’ll promote excellent attendance and build good relationships with students, parents, and staff to address attendance issues which will ensure the overall well-being of our school community.
If you are engaging with excellent communication skills and have a passion for education, this could be the role for you. You will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving more together.
