Following the growth of our Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) Football academy, we are looking to recruit a Head of PE. The Head of PE will lead the PE department in its next phase, instil a lifelong love of sport and fitness, and strive for sporting excellence for all students. The role includes securing the best possible outcomes for our students on and off the field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the PE department and coordinate accredited courses at Key Stage 4 and 5.
- Develop and deliver high quality PE programmes across the school.
- Promote and manage the use of our facilities, including a renovated fitness suite, 3G football pitch, and sports halls.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student wellbeing and holistic development.
