  • Plans and delivers inspiring, inclusive KS3 practical projects that build safe workshop habits, technical confidence, and enthusiasm for progression into GCSE courses.
  • Confidently delivers GCSE 3D Art & Design, guiding students through practical development, research, portfolio creation, and exam moderation.
  • Models, teaches, and upholds high standards of health and safety, risk assessment, and equipment care across technology workshops in partnership with our technicians.
  • Adapts teaching effectively to meet diverse educational, SEND, and pastoral needs, ensuring every learner makes strong progress.
  • Builds warm, respectful relationships with students, promoting positive behaviour, high attendance, and student wellbeing (including form tutor duties).
  • Works collaboratively across the subject department, pastoral teams, and the wider Trust to share best practice and enrich the curriculum.
