As Head of Year and a member of our Pastoral Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the progress, behaviour, and pastoral well-being of a year group. You will lead a dedicated team of tutors and a non-teaching pastoral leader, and have a profound impact on behaviour standards, attendance, and student outcomes across your year group.
