Broadfield Primary Academy is filled with wonderful children who want to become cleverer every single day. Teachers and support staff work in a focused way to deliver a skills curriculum that best suits the needs of all our children. Building this toolkit of skills each day helps us to ensure that every child has the education they deserve to equip them for the next stage of their learning. In addition to these skills, our vision is to develop well rounded pupils who have the enthusiasm, resilience, empathy, competitive drive, aptitude and love of reading & learning that is necessary in this modern world. Most importantly, we want our children to have the ability and confidence to master and employ all of these skills and attributes to be the very best local, national and global citizens they can be. We employ teachers and support staff with the very best potential – experienced or fresh out of university – to work alongside us and help our children achieve. We work hard, we enjoy what we do and while we continually drive to improve standards for our children, we strive to celebrate our successes along the way.
