We are looking for a dedicated and inclusive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is a fixed-term contract until 16th October 2026, with the possibility of extension subject to funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Collaborate with the teacher to develop appropriate resources, schemes of work, and teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Support children with special educational needs in their learning and development.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships with young children.
- Understanding of the educational, welfare, and social needs of children with SEN.
