Are you an enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated Drama specialist looking for an inspiring teaching environment?

We are seeking a highly motivated teacher—whether an ECT starting their career or an experienced practitioner—to join our vibrant Performing Arts Department to cover a period of maternity leave starting in January 2027. As our Teacher of Drama, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, preparing students of all ability levels for GCSE success. You will have the tenacity and creative vision to raise achievement, foster a love for the creative arts, and ensure every student fulfills their potential.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Evidence of consistently 'good' or better classroom teaching.
  • Experience in or a strong enthusiasm for working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), using creative approaches to inclusive learning.
  • A supportive, team-oriented mindset with high expectations for student outcomes.
