We are looking for a dedicated Parent Governor to join our supportive and collaborative team at Heybridge Primary School, part of the TKAT Multi‑Academy Trust.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Academy’s local community and stakeholders, ensuring policies and practice meet community needs.
- Ensure the Academy’s long‑term vision reflects community needs and aligns with TKAT’s vision and values.
- Support Directors of Education to improve Academy outcomes.
- Support the Headteacher to ensure staffing is efficient and effective.
- Attend at least six governing body meetings per year, with additional short meetings as required.
