Are you a highly organised professional passionate about driving educational excellence through exceptional administrative support? We are looking for a dedicated Regional Administrator to join our dynamic East Region team based at the Drapers Mills Regional office.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Proactive Professional: An individual with the ability to plan, organise, use their own initiative, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • HR and Compliance Expertise: Someone with experience in performing administrative tasks, a working knowledge of HR administration principles, and the ability to work confidentially with a strong grasp of GDPR.
  • Excellent Communicator: A strong listener with effective written and verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with children, staff, parents, and external agencies.
  • Tech-Savvy: A candidate experienced with ICT, especially Google Suite and/or MS Office, and familiar with accounting software and school management information systems.
  • Financial Awareness: A professional who possesses a working knowledge of ethical practice surrounding the management of public finances.
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent level, including at least a Grade 4 (previously Grade C) in English and Maths.
  • Confident in working independently and as part of a shared-service model supporting several academies.
  • Committed to upholding and promoting the ethos and values of the schools and trust.
  • Dedicated to safeguarding, including Child Protection, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, and inclusion.
  • Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
