Orchards Academy is seeking a resilient and engaging Cover Supervisor to join our secondary team in Swanley. This isn't a "sit at the back" role. As a Cover Supervisor, you are the face of the classroom when a teacher is away, ensuring that learning never stops for our Year 7–11 students.
Responsibilities and Expectations
The core of this role is consistency and classroom management. You will oversee classes across all subject areas, delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a focused, productive environment. Your presence ensures that even in a teacher’s absence, our students remain on track to achieve their potential.
