Kemnal Academies Trust is seeking an ER Investigator to lead disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing investigations across the Trust, applying rigour, empathy and impartiality. You will manage a caseload, produce evidence-based reports for decision-makers, and help ensure fair treatment for colleagues wherever they work in the Trust.
This is a hybrid role with two days per week in our Sidcup office and in-person meetings as required, supporting ongoing equity and safeguarding commitments
