The Lead Practitioner for English will play a key role in driving excellence in teaching and learning across the English department and the wider school. The post holder will model outstanding classroom practice, support curriculum development, and contribute strategically to raising standards and outcomes for all students, particularly at Key Stage 4.
Responsibilities include leadership of Key Stage 4 English, ensuring high‑quality provision, consistency of practice, and strong student progress.
