The ideal Administration and Enrichment Officer will be someone who:

• Builds warm, positive, and respectful relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Is adaptable, resilient, and highly organized in a fast-paced school environment.
• Confidently oversees and coordinates the school's enrichment and Personal Development programmes, working with staff to plan workshops, clubs, and activities safely and within budget.
• Efficiently manages reprographic services, resource preparation, and equipment maintenance to support quality teaching and learning across the school.
• Assists with HR administrative processes, including filing, recruitment administration, interview coordination, compliance, and staff enquiries.
• Manages systems accurately, including parent communications via Arbor/MIS, ParentPay, and minibus booking diaries.
• Is dedicated to maintaining high standards of health and safety, data protection, safeguarding, and confidentiality at all times.
