Kemnal Academies Trust is hiring an ER Investigator to lead disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing investigations across the Trust. You will manage your own caseload, produce evidence-based reports, and ensure fair treatment for colleagues wherever they work.
You should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, plus solid experience in HR investigations, employment law knowledge and ACAS Code of Practice. This is a hybrid role with two days per week in Sidcup, with in-person meetings as required.
