About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, driven and client-focused Senior Property Investment Consultant to join our growing sales team.

You’ll be responsible for guiding UK and international investors through the property investment journey, building lasting relationships and helping clients grow their portfolios through carefully selected investment opportunities.

Working with warm, qualified enquiries generated through our substantial marketing investment, you’ll provide expert advice, understand each client's investment objectives and recommend suitable opportunities from our portfolio of premium developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert high‑quality inbound enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with new and existing investors across the UK and overseas.
  • Understand each client's investment objectives and recommend suitable property opportunities.
  • Conduct consultations via telephone, video call and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the sales process and beyond completion.
  • Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding customer service.
  • Keep up to date with UK property market trends, investment strategies and economic factors.
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing and management teams to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
