The Role: Coaching the Next Generation

Essential Requirements (Your Experience Is Your Qualification)
- We are looking for proven occupational experience in the welding/engineering sector:
- Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within a welding role.
- Technical Qualification: Mandatory Level 3 or above welding related qualification/apprenticeship.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
