TJX Europe is a Fortune 100 company and the world’s leading off‑price retailer. We are looking for a visible, friendly, and approachable Loss Prevention Officer to support a positive customer experience at our stores.
In this role, you will support a positive customer experience by maintaining a visible presence at the store entrance, deterring loss on the sales floor, and acting as an ambassador for the loss‑prevention function. You will work closely with the store team to maintain product security and resolve conflicts when required. You must remain calm and professional under pressure and be self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or security guard role (not essential but preferred).
