TK Maxx Peterborough Brotherhood is recruiting for a part-time Loss Prevention Officer to work between Sunday and Saturday. As the world's leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we aim to provide a positive and memorable experience for all.

Responsibilities

  • Support a positive customer experience by providing a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at the entrance doors.
  • Detain loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and resolve conflicts effectively when required.
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Demonstrate resilience, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
  • Participate in an in-depth training program at the start of employment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced retail environment or as a security guard is ideal but not essential.
