TK Maxx is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer at our Northampton store. You will be a visible, friendly presence at entrance doors, deter loss on the sales floor, and support store security while ensuring a positive customer experience.
You should be able to work with the store team on security of products, and help resolve conflicts when needed, maintaining calm professionalism under pressure. Training will be provided to start.
