Responsibilities
- Serve as a visible, friendly and approachable presence at store entrance doors to support a positive customer experience.
- Deterr loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain security of merchandise and resolve conflicts effectively when required.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure at all times.
