Responsibilities

  • Serve as a visible, friendly and approachable presence at store entrance doors to support a positive customer experience.
  • Deterr loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain security of merchandise and resolve conflicts effectively when required.
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure at all times.
  • Demonstrate self‑motivation, resilience and strong communication skills to make a difference.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or a security guard role (ideal but not essential).
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in high‑pressure situations.
